- An iPhone or iPad capable of running at least iOS or iPadOS 13 (or newer) with the Find My app installed
- An active Apple ID and password
- Basic comfort with turning the device on, unlocking it and opening apps
- (Optional) An AirTag for those who want to track items like keys or bags
Objectives:
By the end of the class participants will be able to:
- What the Find My app is and where to find it on your iPhone or iPad
- How to locate a lost or misplaced Apple device
- How AirTags work and how to track personal items like keys or bags
- How to play a sound to find nearby items
- How to share your location with family or trusted contacts
- Important privacy and safety tips
- What to do if a device is lost or stolen
