How to Register for Classes
  • Find the Class
    • You now have two options to register for classes:

      • Option 1:  Click Calendar in the website's main page menu. Next, click on the class you are interested in attending.
      • Option 2: Click Education in the website's main page menu and scroll down to find the class listings by date. Next, click on the class you are interested in attending.

     

  • Register:
    • Click the Register Now button located in the top-right side or bottom of the class description.
    • If you are not logged into the website you will be prompted to login.  Only Grand Tech Club members can register for classes.

     

  • Complete Registration:
    • Click Complete to finalize the registration process and be taken to the payment page.
    • If payment is not received within 30 minutes, you will automatically be withdrawn from the class.

     

  • Payment Deadline:
    • Payments must be completed within 30 minutes, or your registration will be cancelled.

     

  • Confirmation:
    • Once payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation for your registration.

  • Payment Method:
    • Payment is ONLINE only using a credit or debit card

     

  • Start Payment:
    • Click "Pay" on your registration page.

     

  • Select Items:
    • Select the items you want to pay (if you have multiple open transactions)

     

  • Follow prompts:
    • Complete the credit/debit card payment process as guided.

     

  • Save Card Information (Optional):
    • You have the option to save your card to your profile for faster check out.
    • We advise against saving your credit card information to your profile for security reasons.

     

  • Apply Credits (if applicable):
    • Any credits on your account will be automatically applied to your payments.

     

  • Finalize Payment:
    • Click "Done" to submit your payment and complete the transaction.

     

  • Confirmation:
    • You will receive an email confirmation almost immediately, confirming your class registration.

     

  • Payment Deadline:
    • Payment must be completed within 30 minutes, or your registration will be cancelled and you will be withdrawn from the class.

How to Waitlist for Classes & Waitlist Policy
  • If the Class Title says -FULL:
    • Click on the Event Title where you are viewing the class (Calendar or the Education page).
    • This will take you to the Event View page.
    • Sroll midway down the page to see the "Add me to Waitlist" button.
    • Click the "Add me to Waitlist" button.
    • This will take you to a box called "Event Waitlist".
    • Click the "Add me to the Waitlist " button.

  • If you are already logged in as a member:
    • You will be added to the Waitlist automatically.

  • If you have not logged in:
    • You will be prompted to log in first, and then you will be added to the to the Waitlist.

  • Once you are on the Waitlist:
    • The button will change to "Remove me from the Waitlist".

  • To remove yourself from a Waitlist:
    • Select the Event and click the "Remove me from the Waitlist" button. 
    • You will be asked to confirm your action.  Once you confirm, you will be removed from the Waitlist.

Waitlist Notification:

  • How You'll be Notified:
    • As spots open up, waitlisted members will be notified by email.

  • Response Time:
    • Members have 12 hours to respond to the notification email.

  • What Happens If you Don't Respond Within the 12 Hours:
    • The notification link will expire.
    • You will be removed from the Waitlist, and the next member on the waitlist will be notified.
Waitlist Policy:

To ensure fairness, safety, and smooth operations, the Grand TECH Club has established the following policy regarding class waitlists:

  • What It Means to Be on a Waitlist
    • Being on a waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the current class or in any future offering of the class.
    • Waitlists are used only for the current session to help fill openings when registered members cancel.
  • Registration for Future Sessions
    • When a class is offered again, registration opens fresh for everyone.
    • Waitlist names do not carry over to the next scheduled session. All members must register through ClubExpress as usual.

     

  • How the Education Team Uses Waitlist Data
    • The Education Team reviews waitlist numbers to determine if an additional session of a class should be added.
    • While waitlist counts help guide planning, they do not hold or reserve seats for future sessions.
  • Please Don’t Come Without A Registration
    • For safety, liability, and room-capacity reasons, only registered attendees may enter the classroom.
    • Please do not come to a class hoping for a no-show or expecting to be admitted from the waitlist on the spot.
    • If a seat becomes available, the Education Team will notify the next person on the waitlist through the ClubExpress system.

How to Cancel Classes & Credit Policy
  • To cancel your registration for a class:
    • You may cancel a class registration from either the Member Profile screen or the Event itself.
    • View the Event Details and click the Cancel Registration button. 
    • Cancellations must be made at lease 2 days before the class starts.

Credit Policy

  • Full Credit for Early Cancellations:
    • If you cancel at least 2 days before the class, you will receive a credit to the full amount paid.
    • Credits can be used for future classes or club services.

  • No Credit for Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
    • If you cancel less than 2 days before the class or fails to attend, no credit will be issued unless in an emergency (see Emergency Cancellations).

  • Refunds:
    • No Refunds
    • The club does not issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.

  • Emergency Cancellations (applicable within 2 days of the class start):
    • If you cannot attend due to illness, emergency of unforeseen circumstances:

  • Class Cancellations by the Club:
    • If the club cancels a class, you will receive a full credit for future use.

  • Viewing Credits:
    • In the Member Profile, under Histories, choose Payment/Credit History
    • The credits appear at the end of the list of payments to the club.
