Who Can Attend Tech Help?

Tech Help is only available to Grand Tech Club members.

Do I Need an Appointment?

No Appoints Required! You can pre-register by clicking on the Tech Help date of interest and following the registration prompts. This will help you save time at check-in.

Tech Help operates on a first-come, first available match with a Tech Team member who is knowledgable about your specific issue as they are free.

Is Remote or In Home Tech Help Available?

Tech Help is available IN-PERSON ONLY. We do not offer remote or in-home support services at this time.

If you're looking for in-home tech support, several of our club members offer this service and you can find their business cards at the club.

Who is the Tech Team

The Club is fortunate to have dedicated volunteers who have the passion to serve our members by finding solutions to technical problems.

Helpers tell us that being part of service carries its own reward. This is true even if we cannot help; we are there to listen and make recommendations.
